Our landscape design for the Jackson House is inspired by the Northern California woodlands with a strong Japanese garden influence. We worked closely with the clients to provide their family with a usable garden that would offer an experience of the outdoors in an otherwise urban setting. Hand-chiseled granite pathways and garden walls are interspersed with a diverse plant palette of flowering trees and groundcovers, including Japanese maples, flowering cherry trees, ferns, and mosses, that change with the seasons.
