Our design for the James Perse boutique in East Hampton is a modern interpretation of the East Coast beach house. We combined minimal forms with traditional materials and detailing and incorporated typically outdoor materials like wood siding, shutters, and teak decking into the overall design. An exposed Douglas fir ceiling in the rear addition accentuates the volume of the space.
